Terms and Conditions

    Upon acceptance of this Application by Ads4profit ( hereinafter called a4p ), applicant (hereinafter called the advertiser ) agrees:

  1. To abide by all policies and rules as set out by Company and are explained in the Marketing plan and elsewhere on http://www.ads4profit.net.
  2. The advertiser is not an employee of the Company or any other advertiser in the system.
  3. The advertiser is not a legal representative of the Company.
  4. The advertiser could be appointed as a limited agent on behalf of the Company solely for the purpose of obtaining qualified leads, orders for products or services, organizing meetings and presentations of the Company's products or services, and will not have any further authority to represent or bind the Company to any unauthorized statements, make claims or representations of the Company or it's products or services, or in any other way depart from advertising and ethical guides as set out and explained in company's electronic literature.
  5. The advertiser understands that all income and potential earnings, although unlimited, are in direct proportion to his/her level of involvement and ability to perform.
  6. The advertiser understands that the Company is under no obligation to finance any form of promotion, leaflets, books, and reprints of company's literature.
  7. During the currency of this agreement and at all times thereafter, the advertiser will hold in confidence any trade secrets, formulas, sales and distribution system, which he/she acquired during the term of this agreement, until such items become public or part of public domain. The business plan and concept remains the intellectual property of the Company.
  8. The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold safe from all liability and all costs and proceedings and damage suffered by the Company arising from any breach of this agreement.
  9. The advertiser agrees and acknowledges that XXX, porn sites and similar and any other material considered illegal or immoral, will cause the advertised site to be deleted. No refund will be offered or given.
  10. The Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that his/her credit card debits will be processed by Austrasoft Pty. Ltd., a company duly appointed to process credit card details on behalf of a4p. The US$10 or less will be charged to the nominated CC monthly in advance until further notice or until the advertiser deletes him/her self from the system.
  11. The advertiser acknowledges and agrees that if within six months from the date of placing the ad, he/she does not sponsor anyone, or if the monthly fees fall in areas for more than three moths, it will be considered a hindrance and a slow down to the upliners progress and his/her site will be deleted. Funds paid to date will not be returned as the ad has appeared and was active for tree months.
  12. The advertiser acknowledges and agrees that if a charge back to CC is requested the advertising placed and the advertiser him/her self will be removed from the system and no refunds will be offered or given.
  13. The advertiser acknowledges and agrees that he/she is free to nominate any different method of payments approved by us if CC is not available. All above rules will apply.
